This Is The 2017 Summary, To State The Voices Used In Announcements At Stations And On Trains Around The UK:

C2C:

ATOS Anne Announcements at all stations.

CrossCountryTrains..

....use a mixture of voices onboard their longer distance trains, because their services pass through many regions (all of which record announcements with different systems).

Chiltern:

All stations (except Dorridge, which uses Anne as was previously run by London Midland) use the voice of Celia Drummond (Northbound Trains) and the late Phil Sayer (Southbound).

MerseyRail.... Other Announcements Here

London Overground - Emma Hignett - Hear her lose the plot! And TFL Rail.....

Peterborough Station use Manual Announcements - Another Example Here

South West Trains

- Aside from Class 456 stock that doesn't yet have announcements, all voiceovers on trains are by Celia Drummond - there is an example here for the "don't encourage the beggars" announcement.
- Stations also use the similar set up of using the voice of Phil and Celia, though manual announcements are often heard and ATOS Anne also does the BTP Security Message for main stations (2 minutes 25 seconds into this video).
Celia is also used at some Northern and Mersey Rail stations on the Ketech software.

ScotRail:

- Ayr, Dalmarnock,Exhibition Centre, Glengarnock, Perth and Killwinning all use Fiona for station announcements.
- Carstairs, Dalmeny, Edinburgh Park, Haymarket and Motherwell, Nitshill, Stirling and Prestonpans use a scottish female.
- Karen is used at Glasgow Queen Street and Edinburgh Waverley.
- Actress Fletcher Mathers is used onboard.

See It, Say It, Sorted....

Pre-Recorded BTP announcement used at Woking, all London Terminals (except Waterloo, which uses the general 'unattended parcels and luggage" message), Edinburgh, Manchester stations and main stations too: "If you see something that doesn't look right, speak to staff or text the British Transport Police on 61016. We'll sort it. See It, Say It, Sorted." - 2 minutes 25 seconds into this video.

TranspennineExpress use Rob for many of their station announcements.

Virgin Trains use a male and female voice for their Pendolinos, voiced with a a slightly more informal style to many TOCs.

West Croydon Announcements, by an unknown voice who only goes by the name of "boofay", due to the way she pronounces Buffet.

Finally, an example of a mixture of voices in one announcement, because the service crossed over a variety of areas covered by different voices, so the train announcement wasn't recorded in one voice! Here Anne pronounces Totnes, with the ScotRail and TPE announcer speaking the rest.
